missingWrote a review on Dec 18clean roomcomplimentary breakfastspacious roomcheck-in delay
Had a decent experience at this hotel. The room felt spacious, and cleanliness stood out, which made my stay comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, offering a variety of options like eggs, sausage, pancakes, and fresh fruit. Also, I noticed that Fox News was playing in the breakfast area, which didn’t enhance the experience. The check-in process could use some improvement. waiting for the front desk staff made the process feel a bit unwelcoming. Overall, while not perfect, it provided a satisfactory stay for the price.

Loud hallway conversations late at night.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a quiet retreat.
Unfortunately, I found the staff to be less accommodating than expected. During my stay, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, and while they offered outside air as a solution, it was quite warm. Additionally, the absence of breakfast options was a disappointment, which I hoped to have at the start of my day.

Rooms spotless, beds very comfortable. Mini-fridge and microwave came in handy.
Encountered a few issues. a wet bath mat was a setback, and an unpleasant brown liquid seeped under the window sill, which raised red flags. Air conditioning malfunctioned, prompting us to seek other accommodations, even with the manager's assurance of an outside air solution.

Family with children decent value
The room was large and very clean, which was a relief, especially traveling with family. The service was good too. the front desk even helped us when we faced an issue with the A/C and handled everything pretty well.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable for what we got.

Our family enjoyed the convenient location near major attractions, which made sightseeing effortless. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with our little ones. The facilities met our needs, providing a pleasant stay overall.
While the room was clean, the lack of breakfast options was disappointing.

Cozy rooms and warm atmosphere
My stay was quite enjoyable, thanks to the cozy room and comfortable bed, which really made it feel like home. I appreciated the unique bathtub design that provided extra space. The warm and welcoming manager truly listened to my feedback, and it felt like they genuinely cared about improving the experience for future guests. However, the breakfast options could use an upgrade to better satisfy morning cravings.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cleanliness of the room, which was super inviting, and the great number of pillows on the bed! However, the breakfast options were pretty underwhelming. I would definitely stay here again.

This was just a good match for a city escape in Buffalo with all in all brilliant value for money. The bed was super comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep after exploring downtown. Make sure to check for coffee availability early in the morning to avoid missing out.

the inn is in a great spot, close to the cute downtown for dinner. it was clean and well-kept, which made for a pleasant first impression. the staff impressed me by being super nice and apologetic when we faced an a/c issue. they handled everything professionally and offered us outside air, which was thoughtful.
